Nordstrom Pacific Centre - the first international flagship location for the legacy retailer.
A complex site previously occupied by the Sears building, included approximately 230,000SF of retail space including 3 parking garage entrances and upper floors. Work included schematic design studies of interior main entrance, facade coordination (by others), construction documentation through administration including coordination for 20+ luxury vendor shops. This site was the pinnacle of Nordstrom's national portfolio of full-line stores which featured a VIP lounge, a café, escalator bar, and full-scale restaurant.
Work completed under the employ of CallisonRTKL, now Arcadis.
