Rooted in the highlands of Central America - where the coffee grows, the quetzal soars, and the design begins.
Located within the reimagined Sahara Las Vegas, this café draws its design language directly from the coffee-growing regions of Central America. Deep forest green fluted columns evoke the density of the highland canopy, while warm brass and stone ground the space in craft and warmth.
At the heart of it all, a custom hand-painted mural brings the quetzal - the sacred bird of the region - to life in vivid color, transforming the back bar into a destination in its own right.
Work completed under the employ of Starbucks.
