Ámpelos Tasting Room

Ámpelos is a Washington-wine-only tasting room and retail shop located in Seattle's Madrona neighborhood, designed and co-owned by Paperspace principal Gabriel Gomez. Every element of the space was chosen with intention - from the hand-selected marble tasting table and cognac leather seating to the sculptural chandelier that anchors the room and the floor-to-ceiling draper that softens and encloses the space. The result is an intimate, sensory environment that feels as curated as the wines being poured - a place where design and hospitality are genuinely inseparable.
